Instruction for Authors
Full Paper Submission & Final
Paper Selection
An MS Word or PDF file can be submitted to 2006SOLI@ssglobal.org.
Please have your complete affiliation enclosed in your submission.
Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness,
significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Authors should
certify that their papers represent substantially new work and are
previously unpublished. Paper submission
implies the intent of at least one of the authors to register and
present the paper, if accepted.
Final Paper Submission
Complete manuscripts in PDF must be electronically submitted to:
http://www.ssglobal.org/2006.
Please clearly indicate your paper ID (Paper ID: 520xyz)
is your email subject. Submitted manuscripts should be six (6)
pages in IEEE two-column format, including figures, tables, and
references. The maximum length of a paper will be eight (8) pages.
Please keep in mind, for each additional page beyond six (6), there
will be $100 charge for each additional page.
A Microsoft Word template for SOLI'06 final paper and instruction
can be downloaded from HERE.
However, submission MUST be in PDF. For any question, please contact
Prof. Raghvinder Sangwan at rxs69@psu.edu.

IEEE COPYRIGHT
Submit an completed IEEE copyright form for each paper to be published
in the conference proceedings.
- Click here to download the IEEE copyright
form in PDF format and click here to download the IEEE
copyright form in WORD format.
- Fill out the copyright form and sign it.
- Make sure to write down your SOLI paper ID number (six digits,
e.g., 520001) on the upper right corner of the copyright form.
- We do not have time to match your copyright form with your
paper if you do not provide me with your SOLI paper ID number.
