Registration

PLEASE READ the follwoing instruction carefully before you fill in the registration form and mail out your payment.

All attendees must register for the conference. Registration (student and non-student) includes admission to all conference sessions, a copy of the conference program/book of abstracts, conference proceedings (CD-ROM), admission to the Tuesday (June 20, 2006) welcome reception, lunches, and free coffee breaks. Full non-student registration, in addition to the above, includes one ticket for the Thursday conference banquet (in the evening, June. 22, 2006).

Paper publication and scheduling

For a paper to be published in the conference proceedings, and be scheduled for presentation or display in the poster sessions at the conference, at least one author must register and pay appropriate fee by May 10, 2006 (Registrations after this date will be considered as Late registrations, and there is no guarantee that your paper will be included in the conference proceedings if you register after May 10, 2006). Each full or student registration fee entitles publication and presentation/post of one paper only; each additional paper incurs an additional fee. Please indicate clearly with your registration the paper identification number(s) that you wish to connect to your registration!

For papers included in special/invited sessions, please clearly indicate your session title and organizer(s) in the registration form (or Paper ID).

Papers will only be accepted if formatted according to the IEEE requirements, see Author Instructions. A paper should have at least four (4) pages. Four (4) to Six (6) pages are considered as a regular paper. An additional page fee of USD 100/per page applies for over-length papers. Eight (8) pages are maximum.

Cancellation policy

There will be no refunds after the papers have been accepted for publication in the conference proceedings.
