PLEASE READ the follwoing instruction
carefully before you fill in the registration form and mail out
your payment.
All attendees must register for the conference. Registration (student
and non-student) includes admission to all conference sessions,
a copy of the conference program/book of abstracts, conference proceedings
(CD-ROM), admission to the Tuesday (June 20, 2006) welcome reception,
lunches, and free coffee breaks. Full non-student registration,
in addition to the above, includes one ticket for the Thursday conference
banquet (in the evening, June. 22, 2006).
Paper publication and scheduling
For a paper to be published in the conference proceedings, and
be scheduled for presentation or display in the poster sessions
at the conference, at least one author must register and pay appropriate
fee by May 10, 2006 (Registrations after this date
will be considered as Late registrations, and there is no guarantee
that your paper will be included in the conference proceedings if
you register after May 10, 2006). Each full or
student registration fee entitles publication and presentation/post
of one paper only; each additional paper incurs an additional fee.
Please indicate clearly with your registration the paper identification
number(s) that you wish to connect to your registration!
For papers included in special/invited sessions, please clearly
indicate your session title and organizer(s) in the registration
form (or Paper ID).
Papers will only be accepted if formatted according to the IEEE
requirements, see Author Instructions.
A paper should have at least four (4) pages. Four (4) to Six (6)
pages are considered as a regular paper. An additional page fee
of USD 100/per page applies for over-length papers. Eight (8) pages
are maximum.
Cancellation policy
There will be no refunds after the papers have been accepted for
