/consulate to get more detailed information. Typically, you
can apply for a tourist visa without an invitation letter.
Of course, we can provide an official invitation letter if
you need one.

2. Invitation Letter |
For your travel funding or visa application, an official
paper acceptance letter (i.e., invitation letter) for authors/presenters
will be mailed out upon your request. Please send your request
to Program Chair, Prof. Shen, at
hzshen@sjtu.edu.cn. In your request, please clearly describe
your name, paper ID, affiliation, and also mailing address
if you need an original signed (hard copy) paper acceptance/invitation
letter. If you need a letter for each of your co-authors,
please clearly indicate such a need in your request.
For a participant who doesn't have a paper, please do the
same as a paper author while clearly indicating you are a
participant without a paper. |
